1) Clean up front landscaping, remove tree house from tree in back yard and clean up debris
2) Seal exterior penetrations around sump pump, gas & electric meters, etc.....
3) Over seed back yard area where pool was.
4) Install missing deck spindles, secure deck boards and framing, stain deck
5) Install trim and re-work siding around patio door
6) Power wash exterior siding
7) Replace missing or damaged screens
8) Remove satellite on back right corner and repair shingle and fix roof in same area
9) Lawn treatment
10) Windows appear to be in good working condition N/A

5) Change out all electrical switches and outlet devises and cover plates

13) Drywall punch prior to painting, repair ceiling from roof leak in bedroom and kitchen ceiling where walls where removed

16) Inspect furnace and a/c unit- estimate will be provided if repairs are needed
17) Punch out- Install up-dated smoke detectors, install pop up assemblies in bathrooms, towel bar and toilet paper holders, Replace hall bath light (most of the remaining lights are newer), install missing trim and re-nail loose trim, adjust all doors for proper operation, supply garage door remotes, caulk all wet areas, replace furnace filter, Lock change, install missing or damaged door stops.
